I attended The University of Texas at Austin, and graduated in 2019 with a degree in Mathematics and minors in Biochemistry, Computer Science, and American History. I am a licensed paraprofessional educator in Illinois, and I have experience teaching a series of CPS selective enrollment exam classes and drop-in tutoring at the Chinese Mutual Aid Association in Uptown, Chicago. I provide individualized instruction from middle school pre-algebra, to AP Calculus, through college level differential equations. My tutoring approach is specifically designed for students ages 13 and up, focusing on the unique academic needs of teenagers and young adults.

I also offer specialized Chicago CPS Academic Center test preparation, evaluating student readiness at the beginning of our time working together, and help students to develop familiarity with the test by using CogAT and OLSAT practice questions. Additionally, I provide comprehensive SAT / ACT test preparation and college essay guidance for students pursuing higher education. For students currently attending college or university, I offer tutoring for a wide variety of university-level science, mathematics, and academic writing topics - please inquire about a specific class.
